I was looking for a new lash technician in London and after enduring in loads of research I had come across the Designer Lashes website. I was drawn to Designer Lashes due to the highly trained technicians, awards, professionalism and emphasis on hygiene which is especially important during these hard times. As a newbie to Designer Lashes I had a few questions I wanted to ask before making a booking. Janette was extremely helpful and informative and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I first visited Designer Lashes last year August and I can now say I am a regular customer. I am in love with my lashes every time I get them done. I am never disappointed with my lash extensions. I am always receiving compliments from my friends, family and strangers! My lash extensions are always done to a professional standard, i couldn’t ask for anything more. I highly recommend!

I wanted very subtle eyelash extensions and so did a lot of research before booking with Reynagh at Designer Lashes. It was well worth it, Reynagh is very professional and talked to me about what I wanted before we started. The extensions took approx 90 mins and I relaxed as Reynagh very gently applied the lashes. They are exactly what I wanted – I look fresh and my eyes look more open but without having a false lash look. I wanted a look that would work without make up and not look night club ready. I am really pleased and will be back to Reynagh again and again.

Best place for lashes in Marylebone. Jeanette really takes the time to customise the lashes to an individual. My lashes are quite short and fine so there really isn’t much to work with but Janette still managed to give me a set of beautiful lashes. I highly recommend her!

The lashes Reynagh does for me have been a total game-changer. I have naturally blonde eyelashes and I was sick of fussing with messy mascara and taking time every morning to put on eye makeup. My eyelash extensions open up my eyes, they look natural (this was my request), they last for weeks and they give me a ready-made look 24 hours a day. If you’re thinking about trying it you won’t regret it! Reynagh does an amazing job and gives you exactly what you want. I also had my brows done recently and I love the result – they look fuller and really frame my face. I’m a client for life!

I am not exaggerating when I say that Jeanette from Designer lashes has given me the extensions of my dreams!! She is amazing! I had a disastrous experience with another therapist who gave me the worst fake looking lashes just before I was to go off on holiday and was desperately trying to find someone who would save me and Jeanette mercifully squeezed me into her already busy schedule and not only saved me but gave me the loveliest lashes I could have imagined. They’re so light weight, so natural looking and most importantly they last for so long! Two weeks later I still had at about 60% of the extensions she put on. She’s the best!

OMG!! Reynagh is the most amazing lady and the skill she shows is second to none! I don’t have great natural lashes but she makes me feel whole again, with a rich array of beautiful lashes that look natural and perfect for my age and needs. Reynagh is also the most kind and caring person with a very calm and reassuring manner. You don’t have to go in like a model but you will definitely feel like one when you leave!

Designer lashes are the best! It was with some slight trepidation that, as a special birthday treat, I sent my niece to Janette for lashes. I needn’t of worried in the slightest. From initial contact and booking Janette was completely professional and reassuring. My niece had a fantastic experience, and faultless extensions that made her very happy. The cost was reasonable, the service exceptional, and the quality of work unparalleled. I have gotten eyelash extensions from both Janette and Reynagh, and have been very happy each time. Unlike other places, they really listen to what look you’re after and they make sure that your real lashes don’t end up damaged or falling out! They’re really the best in London in my opinion

I started getting lash extensions last summer as a bit of a treat before a holiday, and loved them so much I’ve kept doing them since! Reynagh is lovely and gives me gorgeous fluttery lashes each time (which usually last about 3 weeks before I notice I need infills). The whole process is super relaxing, so much so that I often doze off. I couldn’t recommend them more!

I had my eyelashes done with Janette and was quite pleased with the results. It’s been almost 3 weeks now and most of them are still on. She was quite helpful and quick to reply on emails but I do wish I had spent a bit more time on the day to understand the different types of lashes and what would work best for me as it was my first time. I was looking for a fuller natural look and ended up with an artificial lashes look with really long synthetic lashes. I will still go back for a refill though and try the mink shorter lashes to try to achieve the look that I was looking for

I’ve been to Designer Lashes twice before but always booked in with a lady called Janette who is practically always fully booked but amazing. However the last time I booked in, I was unable to book in with her as she had no spaces. Instead I was booked in to see a lovely lady called Renaigh. At first I was a little dubious as I really like to see the same person as I know what to expect in the result. However Renaigh was brilliant! She really listened and took on board the style I was looking for and I was as delighted with the results. I really had nothing to worry about! I’ve had the pleasure of having lashes applied by Reynagh here several times and its always such a fun and relaxing experience. Reynagh is both professional and personable and makes you feel welcome from the minute you walk through the door. The application itself is surprisingly quick, pain-free and the effect is amazing. Beautiful, plump lashes for weeks! Once you’ve had one application though, you won’t be able to live without them again. Waking up in the morning with gorgeous lashes and no need for make up is a major plus point and I also had them applied for my wedding and everyone commented on how natural they looked and they we’re stunning in the photos. Earlier this year I had eyelash extensions done for the first time, by Reynagh. I have since become completely addicted and can’t imagine my life without them! I have incredibly short lashes, and Reynagh talked me through which extensions would not only suit me, but also have longevity. i have just had my first eyelash extensions fitted by Janette and I wish I had done it years ago. My eyes look much wider and it’s going to be great not having to worry about running mascara anymore.
The process is completely painless (in fact it is very relaxing)and I appreciated the extra effort Janette put in to make sire I know how to take care of the extensions for maximum mileage.

I have been going to Janette for over a year now – she is extremely efficient and highly skilled – a must for someone touching my eyes. I know of friends who have had bad experiences, and luckily for me, thanks to Janette, I have not. Her lashes are good quality and last really well, and she is a true perfectionist. I always know she will do an excellent job. She is also great at fitting you in if you have an emergency which is also really helpful. I have recommended her to all my friends who have recently got married and those who compliment me on my ‘incredible lashes’.

I’ve had my lashes done by Reynagh at Designer Lashes 5 or 6 times now and absolutely love them. Each time I have been impressed by how long, thick and natural they look. Reynagh is great – very experienced and gives you good advice on the length and shape and how to best care for your extensions. She is also very easy to chat to which makes the treatment relaxing and fun, I would definitely recommend.

Excellent at what she does
I went to Janette after someone else who did my eyelashes abroad turned out to be not as experienced as she made herself out to be. When in London, I found janettes shop and my misery and disappointment was sorted out straight away. The downside is that to use Janette again, i have to wait till I travel to London again but I will not use anyone else after the horror story that she had to put right. I’ve been to a few places for eyelash extensions, and this one is definitely the best in London. I’ve had some lashes that were thick and heavy, but these Mink lashes are fine and soft, so they look really natural, and the price difference is very small. Janette does a wonderful job, and she’s very sweet and friendly. Although the place is in central London, it’s not on the high street, so it’s quiet and peaceful. The experience was very nice and relaxing. Will definitely be recommending to my friends!

I can’t say enough good things about Janette and her wonderful lashes. They look absolutely amazing and people comment on them all the time, I was even having my eyes tested the other day and spent a good ten minutes with the optician telling me how many badly applied ones she see’s and how fantastic my ones looked.
Janette is very professional, makes you feel totally relaxed while she’s applying them. She has a massive range for you to choose from, different lenghs, thickness, curl and colour and she will advise you on what she thinks will work best for you depending on what you want them for or what look you are after.
I would 100% percent recommend Janette and Designer lashes to everyone, out of all the beauty things we spend money on ourselves for this is by far the best one for me, they make such a positive difference to your look and I’m so happy that I haven’t had to deal with trawling through bad experiences and I found the best one from the start

I just returned from my second session with Reynagh, and I couldn’t be more pleased or offer a higher recommendation. My lashes are so natural-looking, so easy to care for, and so many people have commented on how great they look. (I have to tell them about the extensions though — no one can ever put their finger on why I look so great :). My eyes are sensitive and I feel like I’ve spent half my life trying to find a mascara that doesn’t irritate them. These extensions have been a great solution. I love being able to just get up and go! Additionally, Reynagh is a consummate professional — friendly, calm, soothing. I can tell she really enjoys her work which makes all the difference. Had my lashes done for the first time on Monday, and I must say I am very impressed with Janette’s work! I went for a full set, and my lashes look thick but natural, which is exactly the look I wanted rather than the TOWIE glam look which I was afraid I would get. Staff at this salon are very helpful and friendly, and went out of their way to make sure I know what to do to maximise the duration of my lashes

I had lash extensions prior to visiting Designer Lashes but always felt they looked fake. Reynagh, the true professional that she is advised me on what would best suit my requirements and style. Then she did her magic and I have beautiful, natural looking lashes that last nearly a month before requiring a top up. I always receive comments on how good they look!

I had been to three people prior to Janette, and her lashes are way ahead of all the others. They look natural, while being clearly much thicker and longer, they are not packed with glue, they are comfortable and they last really well. anette is an absolute rarity in the lash extension world – she’s consistently the absolute best in her craft and maintains the highest standards! Her lashes are always long lasting and beautiful, without any growing out pains which are so common with less experienced beauticians/companies. I’ve had my lashes done by several different companies and people over the last 2 years and saw a real decline in the health/length/thickness of my own lashes (as a constant user). UNTIL I found Janette, who is so extremely helpful and knowledgeable about lashes (and many other treatments!) and within the second re-fill my own lashes were long and healthy again and the lash extensions were beautiful and complimentary. What’s wonderful about Janette is her care for her clients, which is utterly unique. She always advises on the pros and cons of any treatments and recommends products/treatments that might help to achieve the look you want – never with a financial interest. She has NEVER steered me wrong. I would not trust another person to do any lash treatmentsx

I had been thinking about getting permanent eyeliner done for quite a while as my eyesight is not what it used to be. I was apprehensive because I had heard a few horror stories, but when a friend highly recommended Janette in Wimpole Street I decided to go for it. It’s just over a month now since they were done and I can honestly say I am so pleased, it looks brilliant! Even in the morning I look so much better, I can even look in the mirror without wincing! I used Jeanette at https://designerlashes.co.uk/ following some disastrous overseas treatment by someone who claimed to be a beautician but she was not. My eyelashes were sorted out within half an hour and the new result was ten times better.
I liked the fact that it was explained to me how I should look after my eyelashes to ensure that I get maximum usage and to keep them looking good. I kept bombarding them with questions because I was so nervous after my last experience however they answered each and every question honestly and truthfully.
The price was very good as well. I have learned my lesson, in that the cheapest is not the best. When it comes to eyelash extensions, you pay for what you get and I am happy with the value for money that I received.
Would I use https://designerlashes.co.uk/ again? Definitely, they are based in London and when I next return to the UK, I will be visiting them again. The result is so natural that friends and family can not figure out what it is about me that has changed.

The whole process with Janette is quick, slick and uber professional. It only takes me 5 minutes to get ready for work in the morning now- which in itself is well worth a visit to Janette. Additionally the compliments I receive make it a worthwhile investment to my monthly beauty regime.
Janette is very friendly and does a thorough consultation upon each visit to ensure that you get the desired look. She is also flexible with appointment times and does not rush- she is the ultimate perfectionist and it shows in the quality of her work. The end result is a natural and bespoke finish which gives my girlfriends eyelash envy.
I had my lashes done yesterday and am so happy with the end result. I have also booked in to get HD eyebrows with Janette- which is the newest trend sweeping celeb-ville at present.

Just had my lashes done my Janette Vince and they are amazing – look so natural but everyone is commenting on them. The best thing is I just have to jump out of bed and quick shower and I’m gone. always thought that the only way to get the beautiful thick eyelashes was to spend an hour in front of the mirror piling on loads of mascara, which is great on days off but not good when you have to get to work!
so when a friend went and had her lashes done and came back looking like a magazine ad, I just had to have a go!
I went to Janette on recommendation and I have to say she really did an amazing job…she asked what I wanted from the lashes and showed me lots of different styles before recommending one to suit me.
I am sooo pleased with the result!… I save so much time in the mornings now as I get out of bed with curled, thick eyelashes that dont need anything but a quick brush through, instead of wasting hours in front of the mirror with eyelash curlers and heaps of mascara …it is the best thing I have done this year!…definately to be recommended

Janette is amazing and Designer Lashes is the best place for lashes in London. She is extremely professional and consistently gives me a very natural look, which I love! I have had my lashes done many times before but I’ve never had such amazing results as I have had with Designer lashes. My first set with Designer lashes stayed on much longer than expected and remained in great condition. I’ve also had my lashes done before from the likes of Selfridges and can say these are a thousand times better. I finally have the fullness & impact that I want whilst still looking natural. Not only are the lashes amazing but everyone is so lovely, they do everything to look after you and make you as comfortable as possible. I’ve loved every appointment with them so far and will not be going anywhere else. I had a full set of lash extensions done for my wedding 2 weeks ago. They still look fantastic. I was nervous about having them done as I had (cheaper) lash extensions elsewhere in the past and they all fell out within a few days. I made the right decision to invest in Janette’s designer lashes, they are beautiful and worth every penny. The process was painless and not uncomfortable (despite being a contact lense wearer), it took around 90 minutes during which I fell asleep for at least an hour! The end result was noticeable but not ‘too much’ and I feel as comfortable with them bare faced as I do fully made up. (I don’t wear much make up and had been worried the full set would make me look too made up, not the case.) I do feel that following all the after care instructions to a T make a big difference in the lash longevity. For the first few days I avoided any water on my face. I have only worn eyeshadow and liner (no mascara) once and removed it very carefully with the recommended oil free product. For the first week I avoided sleeping on the lashes and to date have avoided any steam, even staying away from the boiling kettle! The only lashes I have noticed falling out recently are when I have slept heavily on one side, or washed my face with water and facewash (containing glycerin) so I would try to avoid this to prolong the lash life

I had eyelash extensions applied by Reynagh, this has been a new experience for me, but i loved every minute of it. The staff are so friendly and uplifting, the whole ambience of the clinic is a healing, calming but glamorous one, you instantly feel a more holistic vibe, more so than your average beauty clinic the moment you step into the place. Im a yoga teacher so these things are so important to me. As far as the treatment goes Reynaghs beautiful energy made me feel so calm, relaxed and joyful, she has a real gift. Had my lashes done for the first time on Monday, and I must say I am very impressed with Janette’s work! I went for a full set, and my lashes look thick but natural, which is exactly the look I wanted rather than the TOWIE glam look which I was afraid I would get. Staff at this salon are very helpful and friendly, and went out of their way to make sure I know what to do to maximise the duration of my lashes. I am planning on becoming a regular client from now on

Fantastic eyelash salon Janette takes very good care of me all the time. Having been doing eyelashes for more than 7 years I am very picky about what suits my eyes and have been to many places around London. I can easily say this is the best that ive been to from my first appointment with her she understands what suits you and makes your eyes look gorgeous. Other places don’t really look at the shape of your eyes and how to frame them well and also the glue that they use is very strong and irritating for my eyes. Here the glue doesn’t go in my eyes at all and i can relax about the dreaded moment of opening eyes when the eyelashes are finished. Theres also a wide variety of lashes to choose from there will be something to suit everyone’s needs. Will recommend to any one looking for a good eyelash place weather its your first time or not Janette will take good care of you

I have been going to see Reynagh for eyelashes for over a year now and now it’s hard to imagine ever without them. She is very friendly, professional and has excellent techniques. My lashes are very fine and blonde and after trying everything to make them look thicker and longer, I’ve decided to try lash extensions. I was nervous about the whole experience but once I met Janette everything was fine.
I’ve been going to Janette for almost a year now and it’s amazing what she does to my lashes. They look and feel very natural and reduce eye makeup need to a minimum. Not mentioning the nice and relaxing hour of chat that gets thrown in the process!

My first ever set of lash extensions was unfortunately with an under experienced technician, and thankfully, I found Janette who saved the day and transformed and enhanced my lashes with her skill and dexterity. I’ve not looked back since, and have been going to Designer Lashes by Janette for over a year now, with regular touch up visits every three to four weeks (as I enjoy the fuller, more voluminous look). It’s something that I’ve now added to my regular beauty regime.
The lash extensions are very light weight, and as a contact lens wearer, they do not irritate my eyes whatsoever. They are so natural and pretty, but at the same time have given my eyes a more dramatic appeal. I get so many great compliments, and people are amazed they are enhancements. Think everything you’d like your dream mascara to do but with a natural, clump-free finish that lasts for weeks.
Janette is fabulous and the best in the business! Janette will discuss the look you want to achieve and assess the right extensions for you, from dramatically curled lashes to more natural looking ones, to suit your look. She’s very patient too, as I sometimes decide I want to chop and change the length of my lashes every now and again, especially if I want a more dramatic look, and she is very accommodating. Luscious Lashes – you won’t be disappointed
I found Designer lashes by happy accident. Janette the technician was amazing. She corrected some cheap, badly applied lashes I’d made an ill informed investment in – thinking they were a bargain (false economy) and she didn’t even shake her head at me when I walked in with what looked like Christmas trees glued to my eyes!! I left the salon just over an hour later with long, natural looking lashes that framed my eyes and made them look amazing.
The lashes lasted well over 3 weeks even though they were the very delicate mink ones. My sister couldn’t quite put her finger on what I’d done to make my ‘make up look bloody amazing’. I haven’t worn mascara in months and I look awake first thing in the morning. I shared my secret with her … after a few days;0P
I’d highly recommend Designer Lashes if you’re thinking about getting lash extensions. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else

Lashes to die for!
I am a great fan of eyelash extensions and have been to lots of beauty salons and eyelash technicians and I can honestly say this lady really knows her stuff. I had my eyelashes done over 3 weeks ago and the compliments I have received will definitely keep me going back. The whole experience was really relaxing and my lashes look amazing. I never use to take care of my eyelashes as I always thought they looked very “spidery” and for that reason I never wear mascara. I heard that there was a place locally to me that did semi permanent lashes so I thought I’d give it a go. I never had my lashes done before so I was a little nervous.
I had my lashes done by Janette and she was a lovely lady. She made me feel very welcome and asked what type of length & thickness I wanted, I then felt very comfortable. The treatment is so relaxing, I fell asleep as well! The end result was just “WOW!” I was given a mirror by Janette and I couldnt believe it, I had gorgeous lashes. I have since had my lashes done by Janette couple of times and will be doing it everytime. They are so easy to look after and you dont even need mascara as it looks like you already have it on. I have been told by friends and family that they look great as well. Very pleased with Designer Lashes

Had my lashes done around 4 weeks ago by a lady called Janette and I must say they are brilliant and have lasted well. My hairdresser commented on how good they looked and asked where I had them done, she had a special occasion coming up and wanted to have here eyelashes extended. I have had eyelash extensions before but wasn’t that impressed, designer lashes were recommended to me and I am definitely not disappointed
